Throughout
this training, two MSDSs are available to you as examples. The MSDS
of Methylene Chloride (a common component
of many cleaners and strippers) and the MSDS for Bromine.
When
you first see these two Material Safety Data Sheets, you will notice
that MSDSs do not have a standard format.
Although
the Federal government requires MSDSs to contain certain information,
the producer of the hazardous material may present this information
in their own format.
